The difference
Carpet cleaning that finishes with clean water.
Giving your carpet our true rinse, your carpet won’t have as much detergent residue left behind, which can leave your carpet stiff or crunchy. The rinsing away of detergent means there is less present after cleaning to attract soil.
Many cleaners perform their final pass with a detergent, which could be likened to running your clothes through the washer, interrupting it after the wash cycle, and putting them in the dryer. Our method allows you to enjoy your carpet and furniture longer before they start to look like they need to be cleaned again.

Our story
Why we clean this way
Kevin’s wife, Christine, developed Multiple Chemical Sensitivity after being severely exposed to chemicals. It got worse over time — badly enough that when he came home from work, she could not come near him. The residue on his clothes was enough to leave her nauseous and aching, sometimes in bed for days.
Then the same cleaning agents he had used for years started affecting him too.
So the method was rebuilt around products that are safer to be around, followed by a rinse of clean water with nothing added. As word spread, calls started coming in from people with allergies or sensitivities, from parents, and from people who were simply moving away from harsh chemicals in their cleaning.

Many services we have hired in our home seem to be done quickly just to get a bill in our hands, or the task was drug out to increase the bill, and when we paid it, we weren’t quite happy with the finished product. We don’t want others to feel that way toward our service. We offer the kind of service we expect when we have work done in our home.
This means that every job is viewed independently and cleaned until there is nothing more that we can do, and even if the task takes more time than estimated, the client will not see a higher invoice than the quote.
Our commitment means that we treat your carpet and furniture — and your home or business — like it is our own. We offer a great service at a fair price that we would be happy to pay for if we were the customer.

Common questions
Before you book
What does True Rinse actually mean?
Our final pass uses clean water and nothing else. No product is added to it. Most cleaners finish with a detergent still in the line, which is a bit like stopping your washing machine after the wash cycle and putting the clothes straight in the dryer. Rinsing the detergent out means less residue left in the pile, so the carpet feels softer and has less in it to attract soil.
Is it really safe for children and pets?
That is the whole reason the business works this way. Our cleaning agents are chosen to be gentler than conventional ones, and the True Rinse takes most of what we use back out again. If a particular spot needs something stronger, we will tell you before we use it and make several extra rinse passes over that area.
What is the No Quit Commitment?
Every job is looked at on its own and cleaned until there is nothing more we can do. If it takes longer than estimated, the invoice does not go up. You will not be charged more than the quote because a job turned out to be harder than it looked.
