About this website
This site is published by Cleaner Carpet Naturally, LLC. Using it means you accept the terms on this page. We may change the content at any time, including these terms, without telling you first.
We do our best to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete or current. Pages describing how we work, what we clean and where we go are a general description, not a specification.
Quotes, prices and contracts
Quotes are free and given in person, because that is the only honest way to look at a carpet. Nothing on this site is a quote, a price, an offer to contract or a binding commitment on either of us. If you send a message through the form or by email, that is an inquiry, not a booking.
Any work is agreed directly between you and Cleaner Carpet Naturally, LLC. The quote you are given in person is the one that stands, and the No Quit Commitment applies to it: every job is looked at on its own and cleaned until there is nothing more we can do, and if it takes longer than estimated the invoice does not go up.
Photographs on this site
The photographs illustrate the kind of work we do. Some of them are licensed stock images rather than pictures of our own jobs, and none of them is a promise of a particular result.
Carpets and fabrics differ. Age, fiber, wear, previous cleanings and what caused a spot all change what is possible. We tell you what we think we can achieve when we look at it, and we tell you before we use anything stronger than our usual products.

Where this site links out to somewhere else, the link is there for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them. A link is not an endorsement of the site, the company or anything it sells.
The content on this site
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Cleaner Carpet Naturally, LLC or are used with permission from whoever owns them. Reviews quoted on the site belong to the people who wrote them.
You are welcome to read, print and share these pages for your own use, or to pass one along to a neighbor. Please do not copy the content for commercial use, and do not use our name or logo without asking us first.
Limits on our liability
This site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Cleaner Carpet Naturally, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on the information on it.
This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law. It also has nothing to do with the cleaning work itself, which is agreed with you directly and stands on its own.
