The short version

These are plain pages. There are two places to fill in a form — the home page and the contact page — and it is the same form on both. We do not sell, rent or trade what you send, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

The form is not connected yet. Nothing typed into it is sent anywhere, reaches us, or is stored. If you try to send it, it says so on screen and asks you to call instead. Until it is wired up, the ways to reach Kevin are 541-220-5065, a text to the same number, or cleanercarpetnaturally@gmail.com. When the form starts working, this page will be updated to say where what you send goes.

What the form asks for

The form on the home page and the contact page asks for:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address, which is optional
• what needs cleaning
• anything you want to tell us about the job

There is one more field you will not see. It is labelled for a company website and it is hidden off the side of the page. Automated spam scripts fill it in and people do not, so if it comes back filled in we treat the message as spam. If you use a screen reader and reach it, leave it empty.

While the form is not connected, none of this leaves your browser and we never see it. When it is connected, we will use what you send only to reply to you about the cleaning. Nothing on the form is required beyond a name and a number to call back on.

What this site does not do

• No analytics. We do not measure or record your visit.
• No advertising, no tracking pixels, no social media trackers.
• No cookies are set by this site.
• No accounts, no logins, no passwords.
• No payments are taken or processed here.
• The fonts are hosted on this site itself, so your browser does not request anything from a font service while the pages load.
• Nothing at all is loaded from another company's servers. Every page, image, font, stylesheet and script comes from this site, so no outside party sees that you visited, and none of them can set anything on your device.

How your message reaches us

Since the form is not connected, calling, texting and email are the only things that actually reach us. Calls and texts to 541-220-5065 go through our phone carrier in the usual way. Email goes to a Gmail address, so Google carries and stores that mail as it does for any Gmail account. Those companies handle your message under their own terms, not ours.

How long we keep it

Calls, emails and texts stay with us while we are arranging the work, and for a while afterwards so we have a record of what was quoted and what was done. If you would rather we removed yours sooner, ask and we will.

Your choices

• You can ask what we hold about you. Call or email and we will tell you.
• You can ask us to delete it, and we will, unless we still need it as a record of work already carried out.
• You never have to give an email address to get a quote.
• You do not have to use the form at all — and while it is not connected, calling or texting Kevin is the only thing that reaches him.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Where we are

Cleaner Carpet Naturally, LLC is based in Tangent, Oregon, and works across the Mid Willamette Valley. This site is written for people here, and questions about it are handled under Oregon and United States law. We have kept this page to what we actually do rather than reciting rules that may not apply to a business this size. If a rule does apply and you want to rely on it, write to us and we will deal with it properly.

Changes to this page

If the site changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.
