Commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning in the Mid Willamette Valley

Offices, waiting rooms and dining rooms — cleaned around your hours, and finished with a rinse of clean water with nothing added to it.

How it works

Cleaned around your hours, not ours

Kevin and his son clean carpet and upholstery for businesses across the valley — offices, waiting rooms, dining rooms and the walkways between them. The work is planned around your opening hours and around the way people actually move through the room, so the floor is free when you need it.

The method is the same one used in homes. Truck-mounted professional equipment, hot water extraction, and a rotary extractor worked through the open floor and the high-traffic areas for a deeper clean.

The last pass is a True Rinse: clean water, no product added. Less detergent stays behind in the pile, so the carpet is not left stiff or crunchy and there is less in it to attract the next lot of soil. On a floor that gets walked on all day, that matters more, not less.

What we clean

Commercial carpet and commercial upholstery

Both are quoted together if you need both, and both finish the same way.

Commercial carpet

Open floor, walkways, entrances and the edges along the wall. The rotary extractor goes through the areas that take the most feet, then everything is rinsed with clean water.

Waiting room chairs, booths, office seating and the arms everyone puts their hands on. Same finish: cleaned, then rinsed with water and nothing else.

Large area rugs are cleaned on site as well, so nothing has to leave the building.

High-traffic lanes

The walkway is the part everyone sees

In a business the soil does not land evenly. It comes in at the door and gets walked down the same few lanes all day, until the traffic pattern reads darker than the carpet on either side of it.

That is where the rotary extractor earns its place. It works the same ground from more than one direction, so the passes overlap and more of the soil comes back up instead of being pushed further in. It goes through the open floor as well, not just the lanes.

The tools carry teflon glides, which help pull more water back out. Drier carpet, and less risk of damage to floors, baseboards and furnishings while the work is going on. Then the True Rinse — clean water, nothing added.

A long job

Two dining rooms in rough shape

Some commercial floors do not come back in one visit. Jeff U. had two dining rooms with very high traffic, one with newer carpet and one with old, and a stretch of walkway you could not tell was carpet at all. Kevin worked at it every other week for about a month and a half.

“I have very high traffic areas in two of my dining rooms, one with newer carpet and one with old carpet. Both were in pretty rough shape… There was a stretch of walkway that you couldn’t tell there was even carpet. Kevin worked at it every other week for about a month and a half and he revived it to incredible condition. … Kevin is very friendly and accommodating when scheduling. He will take care of you!”

That is the No Quit Commitment. Every job is looked at on its own and cleaned until there is nothing more that can be done, and if it takes longer than estimated, the invoice does not go up. You will not see a bill above the quote because the floor turned out to be harder than it looked.

Common questions

Before you book

Can you work around our opening hours?

Tell us when the space is free and we will plan the work around it. Quotes are free and given in person, so we can walk the floor with you first and work out the order to do it in and what has to be moved.

How wet will the carpet be afterward?

Damp, not soaked. The tools carry teflon glides, which help retrieve more of the water on each pass. That leaves the carpet drier and lowers the risk of damage to floors, baseboards and furnishings while we work. How quickly it dries after that depends on the carpet, the room and the air moving through it.

What happens if a spot needs something stronger?

We tell you first. Some spots need a product stronger than the ones we normally use. We ask permission before it goes down, then make several extra True Rinse passes over that area to rinse it back out.
